I am committed to providing quality products to my customers. While I hope you are always satisfied with your Beautyland by Emma purchase, I understand there are times that you may demand to return a product. If you need to return your product, please contact me at beautylandbyemma20@gmail.com and take a look at the following information:

Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund (your order must be made at my shop - please provide your order number & your name when you want to request a return of the items ).

Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

I regret that I do not refund the original shipping charges with the return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be refunded.

Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.

Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
Please Notice: Any empty containers or boxes cannot be allowed for a refund.
In the case of items damaged during shipping, please SAVE THE PACKAGE & PACKING MATERIALS and email me immediately at beautylandbyemma20@gmail.com.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.
Please drop off your return items/packages at any United States Postal Service (USPS) to the following address:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, which will not be refunded.
• Please make sure to note your tracking number because I cannot issue a refund until I confirm receipt of the returned merchandise.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of my office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
